Clip 'n Climb Party

Party Packages operate as follows (2 hours onsite):

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking for your briefing session! (Check-in, harness fitting & safety briefing).(Late arrival reduces the time spent in the climbing arena, please make sure your guests also know to arrive 15 mins before your booked time!).
  • 60 minutes in the climbing arena. Starts top-of-the-hour *sharp*! (57 minutes of climb-time, 2-3 mins de-harness)
  • 45 minutes in the party area.
  • All Party Packages receive 2 complimentary tickets to the Vertical Drop Slide! (Extra slide tickets can be purchased during the booking process or onsite at a reduced rate $3.75 each).
  • Free party invitations are available for PDF (non-fillable) print/download at the bottom of this page.

Party Package Time Slots

  • Sundays & Monday – 10am, 12pm & 2pm & 4pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday – 11am, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm
  • Fridays & Saturdays – 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm & 6pm
  • Party Packages start at a minimum of 8 climbers.
  • Party Packages can be booked for a maximum of 25 climbers.
  • Please keep chaperones and non-climber attendees to a minimum.(Please allow for one adult chaperone for every 2 climbers in your group aged 4-7).

Party Room Details  

  • Party room is accessable 15 minutes after your booking time.
  • Bring your own: birthday cake and food for your guests
  • Limited fridge and freezer space is available onsite if needed, please inquire prior to coming for your booking
  • Paper plates, napkins, forks and spoons are provided in the party room.
  • Please NO attachments to the walls and NO confetti or glitter.
  • Please be considerate and put all garbage and recyclables in their designated bins.
  • Prompt exit is required.

 

Corporate & Private Events

Looking to rent our entire facility for a private event?  This means having full-facility access closed to the public for your group or event.  Minimum 2 hour booking is required.  Please contact us @ ascend25clp@gmail.com to discuss pricing and availability.


To book the best party in town, simply:

  • Select the number of climbers - making sure not to include spectators, as they go free!
  • Choose your preferred date and time
  • Fill in your details

Once your party is confirmed, you'll receive an email with links to a digital invite and a waiver for you to send out to your guests.
